Mortgages
Many property investors choose to finance their purchase with a mortgage rather than buying entirely with cash. A mortgage can provide greater flexibility and allow investors to expand their portfolio by leveraging their capital effectively.

If you plan to purchase with a mortgage, lenders will typically require the following information:
-
Details of the property you intend to purchase
-
Photo identification for all purchasers
-
Proof of address
-
roof of funds, including deposit

Once your mortgage broker reviews your information, they will help arrange a Mortgage in Principle, which confirms how much you may be able to borrow. As the purchase progresses, the lender will then arrange the final mortgage approval ahead of completion.
